By using the PrimeLift360 website and services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Services

PrimeLift360 provides digital infrastructure services including:

• Google Sites development
• Google My Business optimization
• Data & Business Intelligence solutions
• Google Workspace setup

All services are delivered as described on individual service pages.

Payment & Pricing

• Prices are listed on service pages and may vary based on project scope
• Payment is required before project commencement (50% upfront, 50% on completion, or as agreed)
• Payments are non-refundable once work has begun

Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information and required materials (content, images, login access)
• Respond to requests for feedback in a timely manner
• Pay invoices on time

Project Timelines

Timelines are estimates and depend on client responsiveness and project complexity. Delays caused by lack of client input extend delivery timelines.

Revisions

Each service includes a specified number of revisions (as outlined in service descriptions). Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

Ownership

Upon full payment:

• You own the website, content, and deliverables created for you
• We retain the right to showcase your project in our portfolio (unless otherwise agreed)

Third-Party Services

Some services require third-party accounts or subscriptions (e.g., Google Workspace fees paid directly to Google). We are not responsible for third-party pricing, policies, or service availability.

Limitation of Liability

PrimeLift360 is not liable for:

• Loss of revenue or business due to website downtime
• Third-party service failures
• Indirect or consequential damages

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service.

Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. If you terminate after work has begun, payment for completed work is still due.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
